Our clients finding us from platform and our company website, then send to us with their inquiries. Once we confirm the sample details, we develop their designs within 7days, sometimes even
shorter say 3days. When first round of the sample, we will check by ourself compared with clients' designs, then do the changes. Second round, we will finish it and send pictures by email/whatsapp for
their approvement, there will be 3 times to do the change if they not satisfied. Lastly, after all confirmed, we mail the real sample to them for final confimation when at their hands.
Order coming after that, doing payment, then we arrange the mass production, always with 30-60+ days, depends on order quantity. If you urgent need the order, we also can accelerate production time.
For toys quality, we strictly controlling every link, from material/fabric/accessories...sewing, stuffing to final closure and packing. All toys meet imported standards, confom clients' market safety.
Shipping time always 35days around by sea, 12 days by air. 7days by Express. We got all different ways to ship if our clients need any of them. Just tell us, we will take care of it.
