Can custom this toy with my own tag? Dyson reply: Sure, like I said we do custom designs, including doing your own label, tag and logo. |
What is your MOQ? Dyson reply: Based on this exact same material, at least 2000pcs. Then we can purchase the fabric from our supplier. If you accept the current material what we have in our market, then MOQ can be 500pcs. |
I just like it, want to have it as a gift for my son/daughter, can I have one? Dyson reply: Sorry, as you know we are wholesalers, not retailer, every time we do the order based on clients' requirements, for example, if they place an order 5000pcs, then we just arrange this order based on this qty. So no extra one, even we do have, but for our own keep, in case repeat order from our clients. |
What is your sample cost and lead time? Dyson reply: Usually 5-7days. But for the current one, within 3days. And sample costs USD100/pc, shipping by express always costs USD65. Though USD100 is refundable after your order matches MOQ. |
