Q1: What kind of plush toys you can make?	A: We always do custom designs, OEM/ODM also welcome
Q2: About the sample please clarify?	A: We can provide samples, but based on costs, for simple one always us$100/pc, taking 7 working days around, for complicated one will be us$200 or more, depends on your designs. All sample costs are refundable after your order matches MOQ.
Q3: If we have many types, but each with small qty, can you start with us?	A: Yes, we can try, only if you can accept the high unit costs. As you know this will be hard to handle, surely some extra costs added.
Q4: What about the shippment?	A: We always do FOB/CIF/DDU/express trade terms. We do have our own agent, then CIF can be your choice, if you had your own forwarder, then FOB can be done. Shipping can be by sea/air/express, it is your call. By sea taking 30-40days around to your sea port By air taking 5-7days to your air port By express taking 5days around to your address.

We meet Robson when year 2019, end of that year, he sent to us an inquiry with this kind of plush dog toy, checking if we can do customized one. Surely we can, so reply him immediately even deep night at that time, but I just be in office dealing with other orders.

Within 5min., I got his reply as well his design. And we got our advantage that our boss is also a designer, for this kind of not too complicated designs, he just can take care of it. You know what? We made the rough sample within 1 hour.

Shocked by our friend/client, he decided to make a trial order with quantity 500pcs. 

LIke again, how we fast to finish it within 30days, and we took care of the shipping for him too, quoted to you him DDP price, which he is ok with it, both the price and shipping way. After he paid, then just wait for the goods to his hands. No other things he has to worry about.
